The purpose of the final project in BUS 403 is to provide students with an opportunity to solve a comprehensive problem in management information systems. The student were asked to split into groups of 3 and role-play the role of a core leadership team at a small startup company. Their main tasks were to research, select, and create an implementation plan for both a CRM and ERP.

The business department set a goal that students would obtain an 80% or higher on the final assessment of BUS 403. This assessment goal was not met with two groups, six students, failing to achieve the 80% goal.
