Re: Repeated measures ANOVA (non parametric)

I think I've worked out what to do (ANOVA) but I don't know which bits to report (yes, I am useless) I know that it's the within subjects but do I use the Time or Time*Filière?

Sorry...

Re: Repeated measures ANOVA (non parametric)

t-tet now working but there doesn't seem to be the option to have space for the factors?

I was looking to perform a Friedman but again, I can't find where to put the factors

Re: Repeated measures ANOVA (non parametric)

Thank you!

I used Wilcoxon to do the basic t0 t1 comparison but now need to see what happens when I use the levels of other variables (three subject variables and three level variables)?

Do I need to do something else? I can't open t tests in my Jamovi...

Repeated measures ANOVA (non parametric)

Yes, it's me again... sorry.

I am trying to do a non parametric repeated measures ANOVA. For each variable there are two levels - Time 1 and Time2 sp for example Anxiety1 at t0 and Anxiety2 at t1.

What on earth do I put in the boxes?

Thank you SO much
Have a good week

Re: Simple Question!

I don't undertand why some of the variables are on 656 and others stop at around 250?

I'm sure that there's a simple solution but I think it's biasing by results.

Re: Simple Question!

Hello again,

I am getting NaN when doing a Wilcoxon - there are the same number of observations as for all the other variables.

I've attached my data file if anyone could please, please help me?

You're all brilliant!

Simple Question!

Hello oh wise ones... I've got a stupid question. I am doing a longitudinal analysis. My first wave had around 650 participants and my second wave around 260. I merged the two datasets so I just have answers from those who participated in both waves. Some of the columns have 0 in them all the end to...
