Re: Reorder output
I'm also interested in this feature. The fix proposed by @reason180 sounds really good to me. Ideally, we might have two options: Duplicate below (current function, duplicates the same analysis right below the one selected) Duplicate to bottom (new function, duplicates the same analysis to the botto...

Re: Nonlinear regression analysis, possible?
Just came across this. It's probably too late for the original poster, but if anyone else wants to know, Gallucci has posted very helpful instructions on testing curvilinear effects using the GAMLj package in Jamovi.

Re: MAJOR categorical moderator
I just saw this discussion as I was having the same issue, then I remembered that the problem for me was that categorical moderators need to be coded as 0/1 in MAJOR. My variable was coded something like Purple/Turkey, and MAJOR just doesn't read variables like that. It's a bug that I'd love to see ...

Shave upper in one-way ANOVA post hoc test
In May last year I asked about showing correlation matrices in the lower left of a correlation (shave upper) rather than upper right (shave lower). Now I'm at it again. The one-way ANOVA post-hoc test (results$postHoc) shows up in the upper right quadrant. I don't know that APA is as explicit on thi...

Re: How does jamovi calculate grouped z-scores?
Wow, I didn't even know that we use Python under the hood. Makes sense and answers a few questions. Thanks @jonathon And thanks @MAgojam for going the extra mile and creating a usable script for R. You have a really clean logic in your script. Unfortunately, my dataset has >1400 groups, so I'll need...

How does jamovi calculate grouped z-scores?
I've been asked to create an R script that can calculate z-scores for var1 grouped by var2. Jamovi does this really easily using the compute function "Z(var1, group_by=var2)". But how does it do the grouping? I've been searching for 2 hours how to script this in R and I can't find a script...

Argument to shave upper in correlation matrix
Making a correlation table in Jamovi is really painless except that it only shows the results in the upper quadrant. In my field the convention is to report correlations in the lower portion with the coefficients and stars. Transposing the correlations in another program like excel is pretty awkward...
