Hi,
There may be a mistake in the latest version of the TOSTER package. The results indicate a negative mean difference (-1.12), and given my equivalence bounds (-3 and +3), the t-statistic should be smaller when testing the mean difference against the lower bound. I believe that in the TOST results ...

Re: DW test
okay, very cool, thanks!
DW test
Hi,
When performin g a Linear Regression, for the Durbin-Watson test, the output returns same DW statistic and autorocorrelation, but unequal p, depending on whether the DV is centered or not.

Re: Problem with CI in independent samples t-test
Hi, you're perfectly right! I confused with CI around 0, my bad
sorry for the waste of time, and thanks for your answer!

Problem with CI in independent samples t-test
I think that you reversed Confidence limits for mean differences when the alternative hypothesis is mu1>mu2 and mu1<mu2, when performing an independant Sample t-test. If our expectations are that mu1>mu2, we need to check the upper limit (and lower limit should then be -Inf).

Error message when running an anova (non parametric)
Hi, when I run a One-way ANOVA (non parametric) and DSCF pairwise comparisons, the results of the pairwise comparison are not displayed and I get the following error : "first argument must be a vector".

Re: save factor scores, regressions residuals, etc. ?
Hi,
I also would like to have an update on this. We are switching from SPSS to Jamovi for a course starting in September. We are looking for a simpler way to save standardised residuals than using "Data > Compute" with formula = DVscore minus the prediction using the equation of the regression line ...
