stepAIC function in MASS pkg vs jamovi: different results
I used the stepAIC function in the package MASS to do binomial logistic regression on a dataset and the final model derived had an AIC of 57.8. When I tried to replicate the model in jamovi, the AIC was 131. Why the different results? jamovi results attached. Thanks MASS pkg results: Call: glm(formu...

Re: Hosmer-Lemeshow test for binary logistic regression?
Is the overall model test similar to the Omnibus test from SPSS?, which is also a chi-square test - https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgece ... nibus.html (a likelihood-ratio chi-square test of the current model versus the null)

Hosmer-Lemeshow test for binary logistic regression?
Are there plans to include the Hosmer-Lemeshow test for binary logistic regression? It's one of the most commonly used - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosmer%E2 ... ormat=true

I have a .sav file. One of the variables has categorical levels but in descriptives the levels don't show. I tried changing the datatype to text, but no difference. THis is the variable tabled in R: > table(A0690$Impression_diagnosis) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 432 168 166 36 29 17 10 19 102 > Is there somew...
