Re: Weighting
I can totally see the problem with making weighting available to inferential statistic functions in JAMOVI. Indeed, you have problems finding packages that support this in e.g. mixed models or factor analysis. But what about confining weighting to functions provided in Exploration,t-Tests,ANOVA and ...

Re: Test of Parallel Lines
This is not possible yet afaik, however it would be very desireable to have this option in JAMOVI. At least, the documentation/ebook should contain a hint that this assumption needs to be tested before coefficients from the model can be considered valid. Assuming JAMOVI draws on polr for ordinal reg...

UTF-8 support for survey mv / surveyplot
Hi,
I really love the survey mv module, but unfortunately it is not coming with UTF-8 support (while Jamovi in general does). I would really appreciate if this could be solved in an upcoming update..

SEMLj cluster option
Hi, I am amazed about the new package SEMLj allowing to estimate SEMs. However, similar to JASP, there is one important option I am missing: If you have longitudinal data (=LONG format), but are not explicitely interested in longitudinal effects, you can specify a cluster variable for the subjects i...

Re: GAMLj - plotting Random Effects in generalized mixed mod
Hi @McFanda -
Your reply confused me a liittle. I think you accidently did not read my post from Wed Mar 17, 2021 4:20 pm. It was not about LRT at all. There seems to be some weird bug (mabye a new issue) when plotting estimated means. Check the example file that I posted and my explanation.

@McFanda
Let me know when I can help you somehow in debugging. I think GAMLJ is the most excellent of all the Jamovi modules!

Re: GAMLj - plotting Random Effects in generalized mixed mod
Its me again - again having issues with plotting interactions between factor and covariates in GAMLJ mixed model. @McFanda maybe this is now the LMER issue you were talking about last year: Have a look at the attached LMM. The fixed effects estimations are clear and reasonable and according to what ...

Re: GAMLj - plotting Random Effects in generalized mixed mod
Thank you very much for fixing the issue in 2.0.2 - some of my students were very happy with finally being able to see their random effects also in the plot! :relaxed: Thankfully, I just donated via Paypal 50 Dollars to you guys, because this is really a great feature that only few GUI-based softwar...

Re: GAMLj - plotting Random Effects in generalized mixed mod
Hi, sorry my late reply, but I was a bit busy... You can see an example in the attached file, but it also appears with other multi-level datasets. So I have a dichotomous variable "Hall" which is a median split from the continuous variable "Halligkeit". I have cluster sampling (v...

GAMLj - plotting Random Effects in generalized mixed models
I am using Generalized Mixed Models in GAMLj. I want to plot interactions between a metric and a binary predictor when using a Logit link. This works in principle, but as soon as my model contains a binary predictor, I cannot plot Random Effects any more. I always get the error "contrasts apply...
