Re: Question about standardized β in multilevel regression
I’ve been using GAMLj3 – Linear Mixed Model in Jamovi for multilevel modeling. The function I was inquiring about is the standardized regression coefficients (β) for the fixed effects in multilevel models. Thank you.

Question about standardized β in multilevel regression
Hi, Thank you for developing Jamovi – I’ve been using the software for a long time and really appreciate it. I was wondering if there is currently a way to obtain standardized β coefficients for fixed effects in multilevel regression modeling. Since more and more journals are requesting this, I’m cu...

Re: Is there a way to run multilevel correlation analysis?
Thank you both! I believe the multilevel correlation in seoulmatrix is what I was looking for. Seol - is there a way to check the number of groups in the multilevel correlation output? For example, my dataset is longitudinal, with 300 participants completing the survey multiple times, resulting in 1...

Re: No R-squared values Mixed model
Hello, thank you very much for your prompt response. I changed the V2 to nominal but it still does not give the R squared values on my end.mcfanda@gmail.com wrote: ↑Tue Oct 03, 2023 6:32 am set V2 as a Nominal variable (as it should be) and it works

No R-squared values Mixed model
Hello, I am running a Mixed Model analysis in Jamovi and am having issues with the R-squared Marginal and R-squared Condition values. Both values are NaN, and I got this note that the R-squared cannot be computed. The model converged (got the yes) message, so I'm not sure how to fix this issue. I re...

Great! How about the partial correlations?
