Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Hi Jonathon and Marcello, Happy to report back that GAMLj is now working as intended, but I was, unfortunately, unable to test the idea of moving the module from "AppsData" to program files. I've now got admin rights to my workstation, and it now works without any further adjustments. Than...

Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Hi Jonathon and Marcello, Thanks to you both again for your efforts (and patience). I will try this when I get back to my workstation - from memory, I was able to run linear regression and other modules without error, so I think you might be onto something with how my institution handles security. I...

Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Hmm, upon reset the "object 'merPredDCreate' not found" error has returned, even when running the code in Rj Editor. I now get a much longer error when trying to run the analysis from trying to run the analysis in the RJ editor: Debug Error in initializePtr(): object 'merPredDCreate' not f...

Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
It works :D I'm not sure what has changed, but something seems to have done the trick. One thing I did do was go onto my system R and install the lmerTest package, though. My institution is fairly locked down and I've had to add specific permissions for R to be able to run - could this be a factor? ...

You have the patience of a saint :) It works! Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Ah, doh! You are correct. Here is the output: Debug Error in eval(predvars, data, env): object 'dv' not found private$.run() eval(code, self$data, echo, self$results, figWidth = figWidth, figHeight = figHeight) evaluate::evaluate(input = script, envir = eval.env, output_handler = handler, stop_on_er...

Re: Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Hi Jonathon and Marcello,
Thank you both for your speedy replies! I have uploaded my omv file.
And apologies, yes, the error was "object 'merPredDCreate' not found".
Marcello, I have now updated GAMLj, but the error persists.
Cheers,
Dave

Error when running mixed model in GAMLj
Hi Jonathon and co, Thank you and your team for providing such an excellent software package! It's really cool and intuitive. I'm having some trouble trying to run a linear mixed model in GAMLj, I get an error stating that "object 'mePredDCreate' not found" and the analysis does not run. E...
