Since you have a strong interaction, then the main effects (specially for sex) could be marginal (secondary) to the interaction. This is known as the principle of marginality. In your example you may not be able to claim that women in general perform better than men, only those women who walk!

I would say that it should be allowed.
In the meantime you can change the measure type of your data to continuous (even though it is ordinal) and then the dialog box will accept it.

It works when you remove the Collinearity statistics option. With it on, I get the error:
One or more coefficients in model '1' could not be estimated due to perfect collinearity.

You could use the likelihood ratio test (LRT), also available under Tests for contingency tables. This will give you both a chi-square and p value. I find it is quite random as to whether the LOCK file is produced.
So I just always run the two commands:
p_unlock(lib.loc = "C:/Users/.../build/R4.1.2-win64")
jmvtools::install()
whether or not it is found, the install goes ahead
