Re: Feature requests: batch/RJ editor create new variable
Thanks, Maurizio. I didn't know about this one and it looks very interesting. I was hoping for a solution inside JAMOVI, that I could give my students code snippets or variable(s) based on R code, for and would be reproducible within the single environment, but this helps for other things we needed....

Feature requests: batch/RJ editor create new variable
Hi, Hope I didn't miss something obvious in JAMOVI that allows us to do this, or missed some post requesting this. Sometimes using computed/transformed variables is cumbersome, and we would like to create a number of variables in bulk using R syntax. Is there a way of using RJ editor to run R code t...

Feature requests: R syntax 4 entire file/computed variables
Hi, Apologies if this was requested somewhere else. Our students did a very good job with JAMOVI, but when we submit to the journals we take all their code and move it to R syntax. JAMOVI is wonderful in that it allows for that. However, unless I'm missing something, if their analyses rely on comput...

JAMOVI SPSS SAV file import crash "network error"
Hi, When trying to import a specific SAV (SPSS file) exported from Qualtrics by our students, we can't seem to be able to import/open this file into JAMOVI. There's nothing very special about this file, and I can easily open it with PSPP (the open-source version of SPSS, or with R. Could you please ...

Re: Server error
Hi, My students have been running into the same issue. Since this is all random data from Qualtrics, no problem in sharing this. It's too big to upload, so please see : https://www.dropbox.com/s/mecyf33ljzhr2yo/Part%202.omv?dl=0 Just like with the others here, it tried to open the file on 2.2.2 on W...

Effect sizes + confidence intervals for ANOVA posthoc effect
Dear JAMOVI, (we're using JAMOVI with students in our mass replication project http://mgto.org/pre-registered-replications/ , and this is a common repeating nuisance JAMOVI request with almost every project, so this is on behalf of us all, not just myself). I would like to request that you calculate...

Re: Feature Request: Ability to set the data range of an axi
I second that request. This is especially important with multiple DVs that all need to be presented on the same data range scale. This is an important feature needed to be able to address submission guidelines in journals. Everytime reviewers point this out, we need to redo analyses and shift to R.

Re: Request: Confidence intervals for all effects
Thanks for the answer. Somehow didn't get notified it was posted. Maybe I missing something, but effect size CIs seem far more important to me than raw CIs. Raw means CIs do not allow easy interpretation (and meta analyzing and comparisons between articles using different measures/designs). At the v...

Request: Confidence intervals for all effects
Dear JAMOVI, Amazing job, we're now using JAMOVI in all my classes. An important request: please add a quick toggle box to add a report of the confidence intervals of the effect size to the tables/outputs, not just the mean difference CIs (etc.). This is now a required stat in most of the psychology...
