Re: BUG - Jreshape
Hey @nutrimcosta, thanks for reporting, but the DATA in the ribbon shares the items of the jReshape and jTransform modules. The jReshape module does not descend with Transpose , but the jTransform module does . So that we don't miss the possible bug, it would be useful to report it here for jReshape...

Hey Lorna,
I think that if you take a look at the attached screenshot, it will be easy for you to understand the reason for the error compared to the message received (a little cryptic). Cheers,
Maurizio

Re: Change the value of a check box programmatically?
Conceptually, the simple way to do this would be to have a push button "Repeat" or something similar. Hey Roger, I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but are you aware of the Action type ? You can see a use in the module jReshape [aut Marcello Gallucci ] or jTransform [aut Seb...

Re: Testing multivariate normality in jamovi
Hi @alex99, The RJ module does not allow you to install libraries when using " jamovi R " ( R v4.1.3 is the one that comes with jamovi ), as you would from your " system R ". But if you want to play with " jamovi R " with the libraries that interest you and are present ...

Re: Inputs for Jamovi vs R
Hey @unm111, Maybe something went wrong? If you go back and take a look at the code I left you a few posts above, you'll see that the R6 class (in your .b.r file) is called mannkendall (all lowercase) and not MannKendall like the function you want to use. Then in the related .yaml file, name: it wan...

Re: Error in log regression
Hey @amykah, perhaps you are not using the latest version of jamovi, because if you were, you would receive a different and more understandable error message. That is this: Error : One or more coefficients in model '3' could not be estimated due to perfect collinearity . This error message obviously...

Re: Seeking Advice on Statistical Analysis Utilizing Fisher's Exact Test
Hi Cecilia, So, as you may have read in the post I linked to you, but above all as @reason180 reported to you again (thanks r180, appreciated presence in this Forum) just above, in jamovi you will have the direct calculation of Fisher's exact test with the return of only the p-value. With a 2x2 cont...

Re: Seeking Advice on Statistical Analysis Utilizing Fisher's Exact Test
However, the jamovi software does not directly calculate Fisher's test (marked as a green square). Hey Cecilia, for the above you could take a look at an old answer of mine here: https://forum.jamovi.org/viewtopic.php?p=8154#p8154 Apart from your table, could you provide reference links to the work...
