Re: Plotbuilder adaptation for jamovi – necessary or possible?
FYI. This is an easy plot to make in Plot Builder. I used to use R script for this, but Plot Builder is much less tedious (even though R script would ultimately be more flexible).

Re: Jamovi Cloud and Rj Editor
Maybe set up the cloud version so that it runs Rj+ client side in a browser, via webR, rather than on a server?

How about "Special Import"?

Re: Partial Eta Square for Post Hoc repeated measures ANOVA
I'm pretty sure you can't get those effect sizes in jamovi. If you try another well-know stats app, probably the most you'll get is Cohen's d effect sizes.

Re: gamlj3: Trying to achieve cross-application replication of generalized linear mixed effects model
Thanks. The JASP file did include the interecept, it's just that a test of the intercept location wasn't included in the output (the model runs the same regardless of whether the slope is tested) . . . - Untitled.png - Consistent with what you wrote about the optimizer, I did come across this post, ...

gamlj3: Trying to achieve cross-application replication of generalized linear mixed effects model
@mcfanda I know it's sometimes difficult to address questions about why statistical results differ from one application (jamovi) to another, very similar application. However, I do think it's scientifically useful to strive for cross-application replicability. I have a generalized linear mixed effec...

Re: Binary Outcomes in GAMLJ3 - No way to pick reference group
It appears that the ordering of the two levels of your dichotomous dependent variable determines the 'direction' of the computation. You can easily reorder the levels as illustrated below. (And if it so happens that your dependent variable is a computed variabe, I believe the ordering is determined ...

Re: Feature suggestion: downloadable log (against cheating)
I've been under the assumption that AI cannot yet produce a jamovi omv file in response to a prompt. So if a student submits a jamovi file, doesn't that show that a human produced it, and not AI?
