I can't upload particularly large files here so I just attached as larger of a screen shot as i could while still trying to get my issue across.

I have attached how the file looks in my downloads folder and then what opens up (the text) when i double click on that ...

I am trying to install Jamovi on my pixelbook on Chrome.
I am really struggling. Is anyone able to help with this?

I have tried installing from flathub however when i open the downloaded program is just comes up as text.

I'm not sure what to do next.
