GAMLJ3 systematic crash after shuffling the levels
Hi, I am using jamovi 2.6.13, with GAMLj 3.4.1, on Windows 10 Education. I have observed that GAMLj3 will systematically crash under quite simple conditions, here is a step by step procedure to reproduce, which I believe is minimal: 1. Load a dataset including a factor (F) with 3 levels, and two num...

Re: Problem in the output of k-means
Hi Seol,
It works, thank you very much for your help and your patience.
I had to update jamovi to 2.5.9 for the module to show up in the library.
Thanks again.
Kind regards,
Arnaud

Re: Problem in the output of k-means
Additional info (sorry I couldn't find a button to simply edit my previous answer): I checked with a colleague of mine who works on windows, from inside jamovi the version that he sees is 7.1.7 and the problem does occur similarly.
Best regards,
Arnaud

Re: Problem in the output of k-means
Hi Seol,
From inside jamovi, I see the version 7.0.1 which is installed, and I don't have the "update" option (see the second screenshot of my previous post).
This usually indicates that there are no later versions available for linux.
Kind regards,
Arnaud

Re: Problem in the output of k-means
Hi Seol, In the library (https://www.jamovi.org/library.html), the latest version that I can see is 6.7.1: Screenshot from 2024-08-29 16-27-24.png Perhaps is it related to the fact that I'm browsing from a linux distribution? For some reason when I browse the library from within jamovi, the latest v...

Re: Problem in the output of k-means
Hello, I am having the exact same issue on jamovi 2.3.17.0 with snowCluster version 7.0.1 (the latest version that seems available for linux). More precisely, the problem occurs when I click (or unclick) the "optimal number of clusters" option from the Plot section : it randomly assigns ne...

Re: PCA repeated measures
Hi, No matter what I do in MEDA, I also get the message "non convenient data", and this thread is the only place that Google knows about where the error message was reported. I'm using Jamovi 2.3.17.0 and MEDA 1.0.0 on Ubuntu 22.04. I've tried everything I could, different files, different...

Feature request: decimal log in logistic regression
Hi, I would like to argue that it would be a great feature to be able to tick a box to turn the Estimates in logistic regression into decimal log mode rather than natural log. The point is that when teaching to students in Psychology, Human Sciences or any other "applied only" field, you c...
