Gamma Mixed Model, Posthoc Odds Ratio
Hi Friends, When I run a generalized linear mixed model, with a gamma distribution and log link, I get no exp(B) values for the posthocs. I do, however, get them for the fixed effects parameters. I also get them if running a negative binomial distribution. Is there a solution? Is there just no way t...

install.packages() in Jamovi
Hiya,
Is there a way to manually install packages in Jamovi? I currently get the "trying to use CRAN without a mirror" error.
Assume I'm a massive novice btw : )

Re: Syntax editing in Jamovi
Thank you for responding. I, sadly, don't really know what that means. My knowledge of programming is very small. What I did was copy and paste the command from the regression function (where Cooks is an option) to the generalized mixed function (where Cooks is not given as an option). I'm trying to...

Syntax editing in Jamovi
Hiya,
I'm trying to include measure of Cook's distance in a generalized mixed model.
I am using the syntax editor and get the error as shown in the attached image.
Any solutions?

Mixed Models & Cook's Distances
Hi Folks,
Thanks for this awesome software by the way.
Is there any module or otherwise way in which to measure Cook's distances using (generalised) linear mixed models? I feel this is probably a more robust approach than simply running models with and without apparent outliers.
Thanks,
Benji

Repeated Measures, Mixed Models
Hi friends! What is the best way to set up a mixed model with repeated measures? I have: One, continuous, dependent variable. Two, categorical, between subjects factors. One, categorical, within subject factor. Jamovi doesn't appear to have a repeated-measures option built into Mixed procedures. I f...
