Re: TOSTER update (backwards compatibility)

Phew, okay, that is a huge relief. I had a sudden "oh shit" moment when I was working on TOSTER over the weekend. Also, yes, I am still thinking about the Superpower's module for jamovi. The main issue I keep coming back to is how to make the functions flexible enough as to be usable... Th...

TOSTER update (backwards compatibility)

Hi everybody, I have been working on updating Daniel Lakens TOSTER package (with his permission), and part of that is updating the TOSTER jamovi module. Part of the idea I had was adding more text output that provides more context/interpretation of the results and more visualizations. For this to oc...

Problem adding new analyses

So, I am trying to add new jamovi analyses but also make them usable in R. The new functions are I've added on to an older package, and the old functions are still appearing when I use devtools:install, but the new functions are not. I'm sure I am just doing something silly, but any help would be gr...

Re: Paired Variables Problems

gah, I had complierMode set to 'aggressive', and that was resetting it when I installed the module. Thanks for the quick tip!

I have quite a bit left to finish out with this module with my collaborator, but I am certainly willing to help write a post when its all said and done.

Confidence interval for t-test

Hey guys, quick question. I noticed the confidence interval for the t-tests is for the confidence interval around the mean difference not the effect size. I think in the current format this may confuse users (myself included in that group) considering the order is (mean difference, SEM, effect size,...

Paired Variables Problems

I am trying to make my own module right now, and one analysis in the module makes paired samples comparisons. I am noticing that my module is not functioning like the paired samples t-test within jamovi. In the paired samples t-test the paired variables list is populated but these variable do not di...

Suggestions for anovaRM

Hey jamovi team, I really appreciate everything you all are doing with the jamovi package, and thank you so much for everything you all have done so far. With that said, I have a few suggestions that would really help the repeated measures anova function. Overall, this function works really well, bu...
