Thats a very obvious solution that I absolutely didn't find myself.

Re: Mixed model based on NLME package
This is amazing news! I use your package for my master thesis and I am very thankful for your work. Is there a time frame when the update will come out?

Re: Filter Patient IDs depending on timepoints
Hey maurizio, Thank you for the fast reply. I think I was to tired yesterday to formulate the question correctly. Variables: pat_id, time, dv Let's say I have measurements of 900 patients pre, 300 patients during and 100 patients post therapy in a longformat dataset. I can filter out anyone with mis...

Filter Patient IDs depending on timepoints
Hello everyone,
i have a longformat dataset containing a column for ID, one column for time and one for my dependent variable.
I was hoping to filter out every patient who has missing values at any timepoint.
Could someone hint me in the right direction of how to do this?
Cheers

Copy value inside column based on another column (ID)
Hey everyone, I can't figure out how to make it work. Some people asked similar questions in r-forums but it seems my understanding is to basic to make the transfer. I have a large repeated measures dataset in long format and i performed a cluster-analysis. Now I need to copy the value signalling gr...
