GAMMs
I have to questions:
1. Is there a way we can do GAMMs in JAMOVI.
2. How can one visualize individual variability across two different groups on different tasks in a linear mixed model

When I try to do reliability analysis, it is does not give mean and sd either for scale statistics and or item statistics. It also throws an error if one items has no variance.

Re: Mixed Models Module
Hi Marcello,
Thanks once again for your software. I have a question regarding your calculation of CI for the multinomial regression. I am getting different 95% CI when I run your module vs. when I run the multinom regression in R and SPSS. I am using multinom function in r.
Thanks,

Re: Mixed Models Module
I tried the plots for multinomial logistic regression and I think the labels are coming out wrong. It is reversing the axis labels I think.
Re: Manual
Thank you! Those examples will be helpful!
Manual
I just came across your wonderful software recently and want to make it known in my dept physical medicine and rehab as they want to move away from spss and learning R for physicians is out of the questions. But I was wondering if you have manuals for the meta analyses and the GLM modules since peop...
