More bad news... When I Press F10, the browser dev tools load up but when I click on the networking tab, I get a blank white page. I tested this in Azure and on my local test computer...Same thing.

When I press F9 I get an error message:

Server message: Engine process terminated Exit Code: None.

That probably doesn't help with the troubleshooting much

The table is displayed right away, but the "spinning circle" runs for quite a while before the plots are displayed.

The fresh "clean" build of windows 10 took a little over two minutes for the graph to be displayed.

That is better than 10+ minutes but still not acceptable. I will dig into it a little bit more and I will post my findings here (if any).

I am as stumped as you are on this....

I am going to try and deploy an "out of the box" windows 10 deployment and see what happens.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I am getting results after the 10+ minute wait.
