Re: dendrogram in hierarchical cluster analysis (SnowCluster)
Hi Seol!
That great to know, thanks. I still don't know if it's possible to enter my own labels using the label function, but it certainly helps to know that the numbers on the dendrogram correspond to rows.
Many thanks!

Re: dendrogram in hierarchical cluster analysis (SnowCluster)
Thanks Soel,
I was hoping to use the label variable to identify which cases belong to which cluster.

dendrogram in hierarchical cluster analysis (SnowCluster)
Hello, I've done a HCA dendrogram with binary data (coded 1,2) that is also sparse (Canberra distance and average clustering seems to work the best). I wanted to put my own labels into the dendrogram but when I enter a variable as a label, there is an error message ('elements of k must be between 1 ...

Many thanks Soel!
That's very kind of you to fix it as well as explain where I went wrong.
Best regards,

error messages with LCA and LPA with SnowRMM
Hello people, I've been getting an error message when trying to perform a latent class analysis and a latent profile analysis, which I don't understand. The data is categorical. For the LPA, the error message is: "Estimate profiles can only handle numeric values. The variables violating this as...

Re: polytomous Rasch model in snowIRT module
I actually tried a polytomous Rasch model with snowRMM and compared the results to a polytomous Rasch model with snowIRT and the item fit statistics look quite different. Here are the two differing results: https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ak18NDjxZnZr1hiPW0ibcNz4cpp-?e=R3JFcp What would explain such a differenc...
