first of all, thanks again. I was wondering if you ever found the reason for this? Should the transforms be named or set differently to avoid it or have you resolved the potential issue of this type of error in the new version(s) of jamovi?

Thanks for the quick response. Until you find out exactly how and why, and how to fix it, could you possibly tell me which one of the analyses is the correct one, i.e. with the transformations applied correctly? Would help with interpreting the results in class.

I was teaching ANOVAs when my students told me that they got completely different results from me with the same analysis for the same dataset.
