Yeah, I agree. If you want to use a filter for one analysis but not another, you're kinda out of luck unless you start a new window. You might instead of a filter try creating a new transformed variable and "filtering" with a recode condition. It probably doesn't work in all situations, bu...

Thanks. I'm giving the jmv package a try for ANOVAs this semester in my stats class in Montana. I've previously used ezANOVA.
