Thanks Maurizio, I got it sorted (re-ran in r which corroborated jamovi results). The simplest conclusion is that there was an error in how i calculated the SE... but I don't think I would have gotten identical results within the subgroup analyses. Mystery for another day.

Hello, I'm using major for meta-regression analyses. For some reason, in the moderator output, I'm not given a z-score (but I do get one for the intercept). Screenshot attached! I have the latest version of Jamovi, have uninstalled and re-installed the package, and still no z-score. Any ideas? best,
