How should a github package be uploaded to Jamovi?
I am trying to upload the package https://aaroncaldwell.us/SimplyAgree/, since only the old version appears in the Jamovi package finder.

Reapeted measures
I collect data for 10 subjects. I measure the same variable in 2 different devices and in 4 different positions, and repeat 4 times with the same position. I´m interested I check if we have differences between positions for the same device, and for all data between devices. Also interested in check ...

Sphericity violation in RM Anova
I am doing an RM anova, to compare repeated measures of 3 subjects in 4 different conditions. In the sphericity check, only the 4th condition is violated. I understand then that I must do a Welch anova. Would it be correct in this case to perform only the Welch Anova for condition 4 and report the r...

Sample size reliability analyze
I want to calculate standar error of mean (SEM) for different records. The is some reference to calculate de minimum sample size, and the minimum durations of the record to be sure that the result are not for the chance?

How determine numbers of trials to reach a good SEM
I need to determine how many trials or records are required to be sure that my SEM (Standar error of the mean) (or any realiability index) is real. For example, I can do 3 records with the same conditions to get de SEM or CV, but its possible that I get low SEM only for chance. How be sure that is n...

Repeated measures ANOVA Posthoc ES
I´m trying to do ANOVA repeated measures in JAMOVI but I can´t see effect size in posthocs. Will be correct to do separatlety paired T-student? In t-student I can only see Cohens, is possible to show eta partial?

Re: Reliability analysis - SEM
If I want to calculate SEM only for 10kg measurements, how can I do it using Jamovi package SimplyAgree?
I have data of 10.1, 10.05, 10.2, 10.1, 10.05, 10.2, 10.1, 10.1, 10.02 and 10.01.
Is requirement to have 2 columns but I only want to calculate for data of 1 know weight, 10kg.

Re: Reliability analysis - SEM
Would it be correct to calculate the SEM on the same scale for different weights? For example, compare all measurements between each other for 10kg, then all between each other for 20kg... and take the average SEM? Or should the SEM be reported separately for each weight?
