[REQUEST] MANCOVA - Posthoc tests
Hello. Thanks for this marvellous stats software. I've been running MANCOVAs and I've noticed that it lacks options for posthoc tests. For instance, if you have 6 outcome variables, 3 groups, and 2 covariates, MANCOVA as implemented in Jamovi can show whether there are differences between groups and...

Major inconsistency in RM ANOVA Pairwise comparisons!
Hi, I have a 7-experiment dataset that I analysed using Jamovi. Most of the experiments' data were analysed by using RM ANOVAs and Bonferroni-corrected paired tests whenever there was a significant interaction. I wrote the manuscript using those results. Now, I needed to run a new analysis and I fou...

Thanks so much, Jonathon. That was very helpful. I wonder if using emmeans is justified when you have an experimental design like in neuroscience experiments, where the data is very well balanced...

Thank you, that's very clarifying. However, I don't understand what these post hoc comparisons are, conceptually. If they are based on EEMs and are Bonferroni corrected, what are they?

Plot sizes
Hi, I'm really struggling with plots in Jamovi. I have plots with different number of within-subject factors (RM ANOVAs). But I need them in the same size. I've tried exporting them to .eps to deal with them in Illustrator, but I can't make them the same size without changing their whole proportions...

Suggestions to improve graphs
Hi. Congrats on jamovi again. It's become a wonderful stats package! :) In the past, I was mostly using RStudio, SPSS and JASP in my daily work as a neuroscientist. I'm an intermediate user of stats, so I guess I'm the type of user jamovi's development has mainly focused on. Little by little, I've f...

Re: Plot a bar chart
Another vote for this! It would be great if it were possible to plot bar graphs, simple bar graphs with error bars (both SE and CI) and observed scores. The simplest thing as they are occasionally more useful than box plots.

Re: Mixed Models: Error! Help!
Hey! Thanks for your reply! I'm actually using means, because this is a repeated-measures for which the main analysis was run on a RM Anova. They told me that t was okay to run a mixed model with means instead of trials. Do you think that could be the problem? The number of participants is 32, and t...
