Re: Required loading bar for Rj editor

yeah, this isn't straightforward to implement, because R doesn't really have hooks for that use-case ... or at least i'm unfamiliar with them.

not out of the question, but also not straightforward to implement.

(i think the real issue is that process.R uses a license that prevents us from building ...

Re: Module development: can an analysis overwrite or replace existing columns?

Yup, this is sounding useful ... a lot of overlap with descriptives of course ... but i can see real merit in it. It's maybe something we should support out of the box! let's start with your implementation though.

Re: PC users having a blank screen

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed report, it makes this much easier to think about.

To answer your main question first: this isn't a known issue with jamovi on Windows 11 25H2, and we don't have any known incompatibilities with Intune-managed machines as such. jamovi is used on a very wide range of ...

Re: Windows users cannot save

at a guess, this is a corrupt appdata entry. i can look into improving our handling of this.

your student can shut down jamovi, press `windows-key + R`, and then run `%AppData%` ... then delete the jamovi folder inside there.

restart jamovi and hopefully it works.

if that's not it, then we'll ...

Thanks for letting us know. I've pushed a fix, and jamovi 28.5 should land in the next couple of hours.

Kind regards

Re: PC users having a blank screen

hi pete,

i think this is a different one ... it starts up, but it's only the displaying of data that seems to be a problem 🤔

they could try starting jamovi at the terminal (jamovi debug should be available from the start menu), and provide any error messages that appear. alternatively, they could ...
