Re: Comparing different percentages of a sample?
Come to think about, when using chi square like this, one seems to only get one set of results (one X2 and one p-value) from the significance testing when comparing three proportions, say 30%, 33% and 37%. But how does one know the significance (if it exists) of each comparison, that is 37% over 33 ...

Comparing different percentages of a sample?
Hi all!
I have a question regarding the most suitable statistical tests to use in Jamovi for the following.
500 participants answered different questions on a 5-point Likert scale. The data available to me is percentages of the participants that have indicated either 1-2, 3 or 4-5 on the Likert ...

Thank you for your answer!
I´ve proceeded with post hoc tests and compared the different means.

I´m very new to both ANOVA and Jamovi, so I´m not sure I understand fully (yet) , but please bare with me.
My IV1 is gender (woman, man) and IV2 is physical activity (biking, walking). DV is score on a memory test. I interpret my result as follows:
1. Having a female ...

2x2 factorial design. Need post hoc test in this case?
Hi everyone!
Perhaps a stupid question, but here I go. I have a 2x2 between group factorial design and got these results from the analysis (I chose ANOVA since Levene´s test, p = .926):
IV 1: p < .001
IV 2: p = .101
Interaction effect: p < .001
So, I have a main effect of IV 1, no main effect of ...
