Thank you!

I am more familiar with using Youden Index cut-off or closest topleft criterion, but this is another way of calculating the same thing? In my example the result is Yes or No (diagnosing a disease) and not a continous variable.

ROC analysis in Snow Cluster

Hi all,
Im new to Jamovi and also not very experienced in statistics. Ive run a ROC analysis and my question is what method is used to calculate the optimal cut-off point in this program. Youden? Topleft? something else?
Ir.eta = 0.734 signifies?
