Re: Path diagram in CFA

I think that probably the path between 7 and 8 is missing because the items overlap and therefore occlude the path that is drawn between them. I expect that if it were possible to increase the height of the plot (which is not possible in jamovi at the moment), the path between 7 and 8 would show up ...

Re: How can I fix these three issues? - Reliability Analysis & Principal Component Analysis

Hi Deniz, Maurizio is indeed right that in your first example ("Car_Level 1", "Car2_Level 1", "Car3_Level 1", and "Car4_Level 1") only 1 row/case remains after deleting all the missing values (jamovi uses listwise deletion in the reliability analysis), and as ...

Re: Problem with binomial logistic regression

So in terms of what's going wrong in the model is that it seems that the data you are using in the model are highly collinear resulting in a singular fit. You can see in the data that the `CP not having` level of `rec_owningageCP` and the `Non-use` level of `Rec_use_years` only occur together (and n...

Re: Error running jmv::anovaRM with a between-subj interacti

FYI, it looks like the promotion from warning to error happened in R 4.2.0. From the release notes:
Calling if() or while() with a condition of length greater than one gives an error rather than a warning...

Re: Error running jmv::anovaRM with a between-subj interacti

Hi Brad, Thank you for the bug report! I found out where the issue is and fixed it in this pull request: https://github.com/jamovi/jmv/pull/364. On my version of R (4.0.2) only a warning is given, so one of the later R versions probably promoted these types of issues to an error instead of a warning...

Re: Factor scores

Are you talking about the EFA? Because in EFA it's already possible to export factor scores.

Ah yeah, I didn't realize you were talking about the MAJOR module. It's probably best to contact the developer of the MAJOR module, Kyle Hamilton (https://kylehamilton.com/), because I don't know much about his analysis.

So what specific analysis are you talking about here?

Re: EFA based on covariance/ unstandardized results

Hi Abdullah, Could you share the use case with us? Adding an options to do this is technically very easy, but we're always focussed on keeping an analysis as simple as possible so that beginner users are not overwhelmed by options that almost nobody uses. But of course, if this is an options that is...

Re: MAJOR -Cooks distance rslts different RR or OR - bug or

Hi Achilleas, I'm not sure what you mean with "OR" and "RR" but if you fit different types of models the cook's distance is gonna be different because it is dependent on the model.

Cheers,
