Re: Did Jamovi invent a test that doesn't exist: Durbin-Conover --> is this a fake test? Does it really exist?
Ok so to answer my own question: It MIGHT exist, but I think Jamovi is mislabelling things. I think Jamovi should just call this the Durbin's test, or at least provide a clear explanation why they use the term "Durbin-Conover". The term "Durbin-Conover" might make sense because i...

Did Jamovi invent a test that doesn't exist: Durbin-Conover --> is this a fake test? Does it really exist?
After running a Friedman's test (non-parametric repeated measures ANOVA), there's the post-hoc test. It's called the Durbin-Conover test. From my best understanding: - This is NOT the same as the "Durbin" test - Based on the results shown in JASP for the "Conover" post-hoc compar...

Re: Copy/paste with column headers
Hi, Just wanted to mention how this doesn't seem to be addressed yet. I have 2 tests, with 98 and 101 questions respectively. So I want my columns to be called something like "T1Q1" to "T1Q98" and then the next set of columns be named from "T2Q1" to T2Q101". I can ...

I want to convert this to a continuous variable and then Jamovi suddenly won't display anything at all. I can't s...

Re: How to use oridinal variables for analysis...?
Hi,
I'm using the latest version on Windows... and yeah so I can set the texts to be ordinal and so on, but that disables the function to conduct inferential analysis for some reason.

[RESOLVED] How to use oridinal variables for analysis...?
Hi, So if I have a column called "Opinion: Do you like this", and the data is populated as either "Agree", "Neutral", or "Disagree", how do I use this for analysis? The program seems to only accept ordinal variables that isn't text. (But I guess I want Jamovi ...
