Crash caused by unknown factor

Hi Jonathon,

My student was running jamovi 0.9.5.1.2 with her laptop. She always got the crash as like the below image.
Is there any component in her laptop conflicted with jamovi?

Hi Jonathon, The computers in our classroom cannot install java runtime to protect the computers from the virus. I can not test your hypothesis for now. Our solution is to install jamovi in the virtual machine where the users run the software which is incompatible with the broadcasting system. best,...

Hi Jonathon,

It said "Electron was shut down". The following message means "Due to some problems, this program is crashed. Windows will close this program."

This is what I got when I opened jamovi in these computers.

I installed 0.8.3.0 in the computer then jamovi crashed again.

[RESOLVED] Crash in computers classroom

Hi,

I have installed the latest jamovi in the classroom. However, no client computers (boot from remote HD) could open the jamovi.
Below link is the log of Process Monitor I got from a computer. Wish this help fix the bug.

0.8.1.11 is working smoothly in my laptop. I'll test this version in the computer room where no computer is able to run jamovi.
