There was an issue in gamlj3 when exporting some plots. It has been fixed in version 3.3.0

there was an issue with exporting some plots from GAMLj. We fix it in Version 3.3.0, coming out tomorrow

Usually this indicate something worng with the definition of the model. You may want to give us more details to help you better

Current version is pretty ok, just go for it.

You need to install GAMLj3 module. There you find generalized mixed models

You can use generalized mixed models, selecting a logistic model.

Please update to 1.2.3, it should work now
