Bootstrapping and robust SE cause errors
I am running a general linear model in gamlj. The model runs without errors, but has a number of assumptions violations. When I address the assumption violations by using robust standard errors I get this error message: 1-Non-standard coefficient covariance matrix may not be used for model with alia...

Re: Error: Duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed
I appreciate your looking into this. The file is too big to attach here but is attached to my initial message.

Error: Duplicate 'row.names' are not allowed
In my data the rows aren't named,so having duplicates is impossible. I get this when using the analyses in snowCluster such as Hierachrical Clustering and PCA plot. My data are attached. When "County" is the label variable this error doesn't occur, but when other Labels such as "3Regi...

Re: Output for categorical variables in Gamlj
Gamlj gives pairwise comparisons between the values of a variable. What would be helpful is deviation contrasts that show how each value differs from the mean, rather than from every other value.

Output for categorical variables in Gamlj
Dear Jamovi Crew, I’m a college professor who discovered jamovi a few years ago and has since been spreading the words to my colleagues about it. We not only use it for our own research, but have found it to be the ideal tool to use in our introductory statistics classes, especially with gamlj since...

Factors coding in post hoc tests doesn't work
I'm doing a mixed model and trying to get deviation factors coding for a post hoc test. Regardless of what kind of Factors Coding I choose, the output is the same. When set to dummy coding the post hoc test compares each value of the variable to all of the other variables. When set to deviation, it s...

Suggestion: Bootstrapping
Are there any plans on including a bootstrapping option in regression, t-test or ANOVA?
