Re: Levene Test for Mixed Models in GAMLj
Could you point us to some literature backing the levene test up in mixed models?. I did not find much.

Re: Sample size reliability analyze
nope, the minimum sample size can be computed for an inferential test, not for a dispersion index

Re: multi-level analysis
As regards the ICC2, it is simply given by the spearman-brown formula applied to ICC, so V_i /(V_i+V_e/k), where V_i is the variance of the intercepts, V_e is the residual variance, and k is the number of raters or cases within clusters. R_wg is not a model-based indices (it requires inventing a dis...

Re: Multicore processing?
Hi
some modules, such as GAMLj3 and jAMM employ parallel processing. SEMLj does not yet, but we are testing a new version that does. However, parallel processing is used only for operations that can be easily parallelized, mainly bootstrap confidence intervals. Is that what you were looking for?

36000 rows shouldn't be a problem. Maybe it is the model that is too complex. How does your model look like?

Re: Bootstrapping and robust SE cause errors
Make sure the model is correct, check that all effects are estimable and all coefficients are estimated. If the model cannot be estimated, robust standard errors cannot be computed

Re: multi-level analysis
Hi,
Multi level analysis can be done with GAMLj3 mixed model. There you get also the ICC.

Re: Error in Plots in GAMLj module
hi, I am glad version 3 fixes the issue. The new version has some features that require the latest version of jamovi. we could not do it otherwise. Out of curiosity, was was wrong with the plot you mentioned? what was the issue exactly? I am asking because we never experienced issues with the plots,...
