I'm putting my jamovi teaching slides here: https://moryscarter.com/vespr/
I need to do regression for this semester, and also check for updates from 1.0.6 to 1.2.0

Re: Testing Normality of Residuals in Repeated and Mixed ANO
Hi, I think that the correct answer is to allow the user to ask for normality tests and Q-Q plots which are then computed separately for each residual term. For the Between Subjects Effects the residuals are based on the independent ANOVA of the between subject IVs and covariates on the mean of the ...

Testing Normality of Residuals in Repeated and Mixed ANOVA
Hi, My understanding is that the SPSS method of saving and testing a residual for each level of the repeated measures variable(s) is incorrect. However, at the moment jamovi doesn't offer an alternative. I've just written slides recommending that our students compute an average and a difference of t...

Re: Repeated measures ANOVA
Levene's test for equality of variances is used in mixed and independent ANOVAs. So, you only need to look at it when you have a between subjects factor.

Re: Am I missing something with IFMISS?
I'm very happy to use if $source == NA instead of IFMISS. It just didn't occur to me to try it. If IFMISS doesn't work in transform then it would be great if it either didn't appear in the list of available transformations or if it could enter if $source == NA into the function window when selected....

Feature request: clear/delete output
Especially when saving a jamovi file with a particular set of fllters for sub-group analysis, but also for teaching purposes, it would be great to have a single option that allows all output to be deleted without affecting the data.

Re: Feauter request: Notes and/or comments in results sectio
I have an improved version of this request.
Please could we have the ability to add a Heading comment to the output and have a drop-down (for example) navigation menu (could be to the left of "+ Modules" to hyperlink to that section of the output?

Re: Am I missing something with IFMISS?
The problem seems to primarily be with IFMISS, rather than VMEAN. IFMISS appears to work when using "Compute" but not when using "Transform". Apart from instances like this where transform doesn't appear to work I feel that the compute function is redundant and could be removed a...

Feature request: suppression of leading zero for p values
In APA format, two decimal places are used for more values, apart from p values which should have three. However, in addition, numbers which can never be greater than one should be reported without a zero before the decimal point, i.e. p = .039, not p = 0.039 Since p values already have a separate o...

Am I missing something with IFMISS?
I'm trying to use IFMISS and VMEAN to impute missing values in a transformation but IFMISS is giving a missing value when the source is missing, rather than the desired value. I've checked it with IFMISS($source,0,1) and it doesn't work with that either. The source variable is an ordinal integer. Pl...
