Bug in Gamlj multinomial regression

Hi, I'm running Gamlj 2.6.3 with jamovi 2.3.13.0. My DV is categorical and I have 1 factor and 1 covariate. In the simple effects section, using the covariate as moderator, the output table is not consistent: the row heads repeat as you can see in the picture below (we have the combination [ FB - F ...

Re: Post-hoc in logistic regression

Oh I see! I thought that simple coding was being used in both cases.
Thanks a lot!

Post-hoc in logistic regression

Hi all, When you perform a 2-outcome logistic regression with say, two categorical variables (with categories A/B/C and 1/2, say), what you get is the significance of the effects highlighted in the picture below (with reference levels B and 1 for convenience): Screenshot from 2022-04-01 16-09-33.png...

Re: gamlj installation

Hello,
I've got an incompatibility problem again, under Linux jamovi 2.3.2.0 seems to be incompatible with the versions of GAMLJ (2.5.2), JPOWER (0.1.2) and JAMM (1.0.5) that are available for sideload from the library.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Weird behaviour of gamlj 2.5.3 GLM

Hi, So there is definitely some part of the theory that I overlooked, but for the record I found a computer with the older 2.6.1 still in place, so I can provide a proof that at some point 2.6.1 used to show SS_model = SS_effects. Thanks again! Arnaud Current version and older version: current.png o...

Re: Weird behaviour of gamlj 2.5.3 GLM

My goodness, this is a part of the theory that I'd always completely overlooked. What a shame. Thank you so much for your help!

Re: Weird behaviour of gamlj 2.5.3 GLM

Here is a screenshot where you can see the version name 2.6.1, the additional effect size epsilon squared that wasn't in Gamlj two weeks ago when the bug was still fixed, and the SS_model that is not equal to the SS_effects, which is a symptom of the bug.

Re: Weird behaviour of gamlj 2.5.3 GLM

Hi, All I can say is that on every computer I know with an access to the library directly from the software, 2.6.1 features the bug. On one computer I can install gamlj only via sideloading, but the linux .jmo file from https://www.jamovi.org/library.html is version 2.4.5. Thank you for your time. B...
