Re: Cholmod 'out of memory' error in mixed model linear regression
36000 rows shouldn't be a problem. Maybe it is the model that is too complex. How does your model look like?

Re: Bootstrapping and robust SE cause errors
Make sure the model is correct, check that all effects are estimable and all coefficients are estimated. If the model cannot be estimated, robust standard errors cannot be computed

Re: multi-level analysis
Hi,
Multi level analysis can be done with GAMLj3 mixed model. There you get also the ICC.

Re: Error in Plots in GAMLj module
hi, I am glad version 3 fixes the issue. The new version has some features that require the latest version of jamovi. we could not do it otherwise. Out of curiosity, was was wrong with the plot you mentioned? what was the issue exactly? I am asking because we never experienced issues with the plots,...

Re: linear mixed model error: "missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed"
If you do a `Contingency table' between `Familiarity_rating` and `Object_material`, you see that some cells are empty. Because of that, the model you planned cannot be estimated, and so are the post-hoc. The model needs to have data (several data points) in every cell defined by the interaction. You...

Re: GAMLj ¼ broken after recent jamovi update?
In the latest current version of jamovi you do not need to sideload GAMLj3, is already in the jamovi library

Re: SEM robust options
Hi
as regards the SEM, it is not clear what seem to be the issue. When you select MLR, you get the scaled tests (together with the unscaled) and the scaled and robust versions of the (majority of) indices. Do you think they are not correct or do you wish to have different tests?

Re: SEM Bootstrapping SE always times out
Hi The time needed to bootstrap a SEM depends to a long list of parameters: 1) How complex is your model 2) How many repetition you asked. 3) The type of computer and the speed of the processor on which the analysis is ran, 2) the operative system, among others. For instance, a two factors, 3 indica...
