Module PPDA: error in Test ROC

Post by MAgojam »

Hi, Lucas.
First of all, thank you for developing this useful module.

With jamovi 1.0.7 (solid), but also with the latest version 1.1.4, on different PCs (Desktop and Notebook) with Win10 Pro (ITA), the use of "Test ROC" generates error:
'DIFtable' does not exist in this results element
as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Can you help?

Cheers.

My apologies! I have a fix for this bug coming out hopefully in this week.

Dear Lucas,

Congratulations for such a useful module for JAMOVI. I have the same question posted by Maurizio. Do you have any news about the fix for the bug on the PPA module. (i.e, 'DIFtable' does not exist in this results element).

Thank you in Advance,

Alonso

Thanks :) I've sent the update to the jamovi team, and they're doing a bit of QA checking. Once that's done and I make any needed repairs, the update will be up! I will post here ASAP when that happens.

Hey folks, the update has been pushed to jamovi. The DIF table error is gone, a crude DeLong test for differences between AUC's has been added, and the ability to combine ROC plots into a single image has been added. Please try it out and let me know your thoughts!

Hi, Lucas.
Thank's for your job.
Version 1.0.2 now works without problems.
I will try to stress it.

Cheers.
