1. Is there a way we can do GAMMs in JAMOVI.
2. How can one visualize individual variability across two different groups on different tasks in a linear mixed model

in GAMLj you can set up a model with individuals as clustering variable, and intercepts and/or IV effects as random coefficients. If you ask for the plot, there's an option that allow for plotting the random effects. In that plot, you can see the individual models (one line for each individual) and thus evaluate the variability of the individuals
