When I try to check for assumptions using a one-way ANOVA I get the following error.
Note, I can check for homogeneity but it won't allow me to check for normality. When I try and check for normality in the descriptive section, it just gives me the following results NaN.
A Density plot clearly shows that it is not normally distributed.
Any ideas, why I am getting this error?

could you provide a .omv file?

Re: one-Way ANOVA Error - object 'dep' not found
Hey Jth,
@scro1641 does not need to attach the .omv file.
The image he has already attached suggests to me that the error he ran into depends on the Shapiro-Wilk test, which is invoked if the moretests module is installed and is analyzing a vector with a number of cases greater than 5000 a which is limited.
For this overcoming it is necessary to capture the error of the S-W (as also done in MANCOVA). Do you want me to intervene on moretests?
A @scro1641, as a test, if he wants to verify I suggest filtering or eliminating cases, so as to be left with a number <= 5000 cases and the error message should disappear.
Cheers,
Maurizio
