Hello,
I am struggling to create a graph with log-transformed log y-axes.
I was able to create it in a trial version of GraphPad but i want to use a jamovie for the job.
The dataset (international units for protection against rabies, antibodies fox and raccoon dogs in repeated measurements per time point) are the geometric mean of replicates and then log-transformed and drawn on time scale x-axes, the error bar represents the 95 % confidence interval.
I put a picture of the GraphPad (how it should look like) and the data set as attachment maybe this is a good example for other people too and gives deeper inside how to modify and display data.

Re: plotting xy data (with replicates) and log transformatio
hi,
custom axes is currently something we don't support sorry.
it's on the todo list.

Perhaps you could just log-transform the data before plotting it?
