Filters for each Analysis ?

Post by jamovi_user »

Currently, Filter(s) (data subsetting) is applied to all the Analyses.
Wouldn't it be more convenient to allow each Analysis to have its own Filer(s)?
(With copy/modify existed one)?

Yeah, I agree. If you want to use a filter for one analysis but not another, you're kinda out of luck unless you start a new window.

You might instead of a filter try creating a new transformed variable and "filtering" with a recode condition. It probably doesn't work in all situations, but I like to use that approach more than filtering.
