It is not possible to calculate a confidence interval for an average at a level other than 95%.
Is this a bug?

hmm, you're right, there's an issue here (seems to only affect the one sample t-test).
to work around, you can remove the variable Duree, and add it back again (after you've changed the confidence interval option), and it will give you the correct CI.
