I feel like I must be overlooking something obvious, but I'm doing a regression and I have a variable (group) with 3 levels. In the model coefficients, it shows a comparison of group 2-1 and group 3-1, but not group 3-2. Can you tell me why I don't need that comparison or, if I do, how to get it? Thanks very much.
PS-Jamovi is great. It would be a pain to try to use SPSS remotely.

Re: Regression
yeah, unfortunately i think the answer is "that's just how linear models work".
you have a reference level, and everything is compared to that reference level.
you could do an ANOVA and perform post-hoc tests, if that's the sort of testing you're wanting to do.
i'm not really an expert here, so hopefully someone else will chime in.

Re: Regression
Jonathon,
Thanks very much for your fast reply. (I'm used to using ANOVA, so I just expected it would be the same, but now I see your point.) Actually, now that I know there's nothing wrong, I think I can work with that. Thank you again for creating Jamovi!
