Which test is best to minimize effect of confounding factors

Post by dr_Primus »

Hello... I have one question.
I would like to test two groups of subjects for their ICU length of stay. I would also like to adjust the results for confounding factors (age and sepsis related organ failure score).

Is ANCOVA OK?

ANCOVA is used to analyze group differences while controlling for continuous variables, so yes I think ANCOVA is okay here.
