ANOVA,

Post by hakmec »

Hi,

I used ANOVA with 1 within repeated factor (Session) and 2 between factors (B1 and B2) in Jamovi and I get these results: I could not reproduce the classic eta squared η², but there is no problems with η²G and η²p

I get almost the double value of η² when I use the equation. Can you help me understand which formula is used for η² to get the values in the tables?

Thank you

Hakim

i think the calculations for these values is defined here:
