Mixed logistic model

Post by Mishery »

Hi.

I am hoping to do a mixed logistic model in Jamovi but can't work out how or whether this is possible.

My data are results from a student multiple choice exam (MCQ). I have responses (Correct/Incorrect) for a 40 item MCQ exam for 60 students. I also have a continuous measure of how well each MCQ exam item discriminates between high and low scoring students. My aim is to have:

DV = response (Correct/Incorrect)
Fixed effect = Discrimination score for each item (continuous variable)
Random effect = Student

Can I do this in Jamovi with the GAMLJ module? Or do I need to use non-GUI R itself?

Thanks
