Importing data with percentage symbol

Hi,

So I've imported this data from excel - and the numbers look like this in the original excel sheet:

50.00%
28.57%
35.71%
etc.

But when I import this, Jamovi thinks that this is text. I want to convert this to a continuous variable and then Jamovi suddenly won't display anything at all. I can't seem to find a way to just make the percentage symbol disappear, or just somehow make this work. I don't think going through and deleting the % manually is an option at all...

Any tips?
