Multiple imputation
Multiple imputation
I have missing datas and I want to conduct multiple imputation. How do I do it on jamovi?
Re: Multiple imputation
there's an example of imputation in this article on 'transformed variables', will that do what you need?

Hi Jonathan,
I can see that jamovi can do mean substitution and multiple imputations. Can it do hot deck and stochastic regression?
thanks in advance

Hi Jonathon,
I'd really like to use Jamovi for the analysis for my research but will inevitably need to use something like the amelia package in R for data imputation. I have read through the posts I can find, including the above, but wondered if there has been any update since 2018 or if you have any alternatives to mean substitution - given the issues with that method - within Jamovi?
Thanks!
Re: Multiple imputation
just hang tight a week or two. we should land some features that will let you do this sort of thing.

Re: Multiple imputation
I was wondering if there has been any update on this? If JAMOVI can handle missing data, it would be a life changer!
Re: Multiple imputation
jamovi has handled missing data for quite some time now.
