[SOLVED] Jamovi is openned but sheet and module can't run

I have the same problem, it´s all empty, nothing works. I also have to click twice to open. I have windows 7.

thanks for taking the time to report this, and provide these screenshots. with the console screenshot, i assume that screenshot is from the *second* time you run jamovi? is there any content in the console the *first* time you run jamovi. it's actually on the first run where the issue is occuring.

Hi,

In an attempt to get some more information about what is happening to the background server, can i ask that someone do the following steps to create a debug file.

1) Navigate to the jamovi folder in the program files directory and open the debug.bat file within the 'bin' directory.

2) Change the first line of the batch file from
Code: Select all
jamovi.exe
to
Code: Select all
jamovi.exe --py-debug


3) Run the batch file (only once)

4) navigate to the .txt file that was created by the batch file. The path is written in the console that opened when the batch file was run.

5) attach that file to this thread. :)

I tried jamovi.exe --py-debug
The log file was created, but with zero content. This time the process doesn't exit unless a key is pressed. Second run also reports nothing to log
Is there anything else we can do to provide some clue about what is going on?

Hi,

That's strange that it's empty file. Could you please try deleting the empty log file and trying running the command again?

I downloaded the version 0.8.1.14 in Win 10 , but it still can't work.
when I open the jamovi, the sheet is blank and the module doesn't work.
